Welcome to HairX Clinics. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://debug.hairxai.com (the “Website”), our online consultation and contact services, and our AI hair-transplant preview tool (together, the “Services”).

By accessing the Website, submitting a form, uploading a photograph, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

HairX Clinics (“HairX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides hair-restoration information, consultation services, and hair-transplant procedures in Egypt. Information on the Website is provided for general educational and service-information purposes.

The Website and its content do not provide a medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or substitute for an examination by a qualified healthcare professional. Hair loss, donor-area suitability, graft requirements, procedural eligibility, expected density, recovery, and final results vary from person to person.

No information, photograph, estimate, preview, testimonial, before-and-after image, or communication provided through the Website guarantees that a particular treatment is appropriate for you or that you will achieve a particular result.

A final clinical recommendation can be made only after an appropriate medical assessment. Always disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, previous procedures, and other information requested by the treating medical team.

The Website is not an emergency service. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or seek immediate medical care.

3. AI Hair-Transplant Preview

The AI hair-transplant preview tool processes a photograph you upload to create an illustrative image of a possible hair-restoration appearance.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The preview is an AI-generated visual simulation only.
  • It is not a medical assessment or a prediction of an actual clinical result.
  • It does not determine your eligibility for surgery, the number of grafts required, achievable density, hairline design, healing, or long-term outcome.
  • The generated image may contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or unrealistic details.
  • You must not rely on the preview when making a medical or financial decision.
  • A qualified HairX professional must assess your individual case before any procedure is recommended or confirmed.

HairX may modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI preview tool at any time, including for maintenance, security, technical, medical, or legal reasons.

4. Photograph Uploads and Your Permission

You may upload only a photograph that:

  • Shows you, or that you are legally authorized to submit.
  • Does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
  • Does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, explicit, or harmful content.
  • Does not include another person unless that person has provided valid permission.

By uploading a photograph, you give HairX and the technology providers acting on our instructions a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, modify, and display the photograph solely as necessary to generate your preview, deliver the requested service, maintain security, and comply with the law.

You retain ownership of your original photograph. HairX will not use your uploaded photograph or generated preview to train AI models, publish it, use it in advertising, or post it on social media without your separate, explicit consent.

5. Retention and Deletion

Photographs uploaded through the AI preview tool, AI-generated previews, and information submitted through Website consultation or contact forms are retained for no longer than 30 days from the date of upload or submission. They will then be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless:

  • You request earlier deletion.
  • You become a patient and the information forms part of a clinical or medical record.
  • A longer retention period is required by applicable law, necessary for patient safety, or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Medical records created during actual clinical care are managed separately and retained for the period required by applicable medical and legal obligations. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or AI preview tool independently. A person under 18 may use the Services only through a parent or legal guardian and subject to any consent and medical requirements applicable to the requested service.

Using the Website or receiving an AI preview does not make you medically eligible for a hair-transplant procedure. Eligibility is determined separately following appropriate clinical assessment.

7. Consultations and Appointments

Submitting a form, sending a message, receiving an AI preview, or requesting an appointment does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not confirm an appointment or procedure.

An appointment is confirmed only when HairX expressly confirms it through an authorized communication channel. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and consultation information and for informing us promptly if you need to change or cancel an appointment.

Clinic availability, medical-team availability, consultation format, and procedure dates may change. Where reasonably possible, HairX will notify you of material scheduling changes using the contact information you provided.

8. Prices, Online Payments, and Offers

Prices shown on the Website, in advertisements, or in general communications may be indicative and may change following medical assessment, treatment planning, or changes in the requested service. The final price, included services, and payment schedule will be communicated before a paid service is confirmed.

All online payments are final. Once an online payment has been completed, it cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable, including where you change your mind, decide not to attend, become unavailable, or do not use the booked service. Please review the service, appointment details, amount, and these Terms carefully before making payment.

An online payment does not guarantee medical eligibility for a procedure. If a paid procedure cannot proceed for clinical reasons identified during an assessment, HairX may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer an alternative suitable service or account credit. This does not create a general right to a cash refund.

Any request to reschedule is subject to clinic availability and HairX’s prior written approval. Approval of a rescheduling request does not cancel the original payment and does not make it refundable.

Promotional offers may be subject to availability, eligibility criteria, expiry dates, branch restrictions, and other stated conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

Any specific written booking or payment terms provided to you for a consultation or procedure will also apply to that booking. Where there is a conflict, the specific written terms will apply, provided that they do not create a refund right unless HairX expressly states this in writing.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Your Responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide information that is accurate and not misleading.
  • Use the Website only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Protect the privacy and rights of other people.
  • Follow reasonable security and verification requests.
  • Avoid uploading malicious files or attempting to interfere with the Website.
  • Avoid copying, scraping, reverse-engineering, bypassing, overloading, or attempting unauthorized access to the Website, AI tool, servers, accounts, or data.
  • Avoid using an AI-generated preview to impersonate, deceive, defame, exploit, or misrepresent any person or any actual medical result.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms, the law, another person’s rights, or Website security have been violated.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website, HairX name and branding, logos, text, design, software, graphics, videos, clinic-created photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to HairX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use Website content for your personal, non-commercial information only. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, alter, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from HairX or the relevant rights holder.

11. Testimonials and Before-and-After Content

Patient testimonials and before-and-after images represent individual experiences. Results differ between patients because of factors including hair-loss pattern, donor area, hair characteristics, health, age, treatment plan, adherence to aftercare, and healing response.

Where HairX publishes identifiable patient content, it will do so only with the authorization required for that use. Such content must not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of an equivalent result.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google, Meta, maps, video platforms, payment services, or social-media websites. These services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

HairX is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or independent data practices of a third-party service. Opening or using a third-party service is at your discretion and may allow that provider to collect information directly from you.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the Website useful, secure, and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, or compatible with every device. Content, services, clinic details, team availability, prices, and technical features may be updated without prior notice.

We may correct errors or remove content at any time. You should confirm important medical, appointment, and payment information directly with an authorized HairX representative.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and online Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HairX does not make any warranty that the Website, AI preview, or online content will meet every expectation, be free of technical errors, or produce a particular outcome.

Medical services are subject to separate informed-consent, assessment, treatment, and professional obligations that apply at the clinic and are not replaced by these Website Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HairX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Website, an AI-generated preview, or third-party links.

HairX is not responsible for decisions made by relying on an AI preview as though it were medical advice or a guaranteed result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any responsibility arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct, or professional medical obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Our collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you request contact, you authorize HairX to respond using the telephone number, email address, WhatsApp account, or other channel you provide. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and subject to any consent required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing at any time, although we may still send necessary service, appointment, safety, or legal communications.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, technology, clinic procedures, or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
